Kitchen Missus is now officially hosted at Bluehost! It took me 3 days to complete the migration process from my previous blogger account to this bluehost-wordpress.org account and while it was absolutely tiring - having to firstly get acquainted with this alien blogging platform that is wordpress, then having to customize the theme that I would be using to the very minute detail (I have css coding for padding that reads 7px or 3px), and then finally doing a detailed check on every single post (I imported my previous posts direct from blogger) plus whether or not my posts have been graded SEO "ok" or "good" - I had fun. It was a fulfilling process and it is always exciting to learn new things and new processes. My brain feels rejuvenated, but my eyes are blood-shot and teary. Anyway, I still have a lot to learn about my having my blog hosted, all the codes and 'secret' files hidden away behind a password-protected wall (I think they're secret because it's so difficult to get to them), the Plugins on wordpress that I have yet to completely explore, and of course, the most time-consuming of all - SEO optimization. If that were a person, I would fatally strangle him/her. It IS helpful to the blog, this SEO optimization thing, but so taxing. I guess things that are good for you come at a price, and in this case, it is the price of my bagless eyes, which now have red tea bags hanging off of them.
On top of this version of Kitchen Missus, and the many many many posts I will be adding to it in the very near future, I am also currently working on a Chinese version of Kitchen Missus with the exact same recipes but in chinese (duh!). It is an endeavour I have always been interested to get my hands dirty on, and I will try my best to make it work 110%! When that version is ready, I will launch it here on Kitchen Missus(en).
To all my friends, thank you for stopping by and showing your gracious and generous support. To new readers and friends, thank you as well for heading over here, and I hope to offer you all a very pleasant and informative experience. Do remember to check back, as I will be updating Kitchen Missus very regularly!
