Lazy Mum's Slow-Cooker Pasta

Lazy Mum's Slow-Cooker Pasta

Lazy Mum's Slow Cooker Pasta This is something I discovered by chance out of sheer laziness some months back when my daughter started to eat foods other than porridge and milk. On my first try at this recipe, I was apprehensive as to whether or not my picky son will warm up to it, and lo and behold! (Pheeeeewwww) he LOVED it. I guess it was not only tasty, but easy and quick to chew, because for young children, they need to reserve their time for LEGO or Hot Wheels, or Spongebob Squarepants. This is my Lazy Mum's Dinner~

 You will need:

-  1 medium carrot - 1 medium yellow onion - 2 cloves of garlic - 300g ground chicken/beef/pork - 200g diced tomatoes in a can - 1 cup chicken stock - 350g of pasta (Disney/Alphabet/Princesses version)

Let's start with chopping up the onion and carrot as small as possible. Next, slice up your garlic. Now, grab your slow cooker pot and throw in the diced tomatoes, chicken stock, carrots, onions, garlic and chicken. Let the slow cooker work its magic for 2 hours. 15 minutes before you want to enjoy this pasta dish, throw in the dried pasta, as we do not want the pasta to overcook. When the pasta is el dente, turn the power off the slow cooker and serve your little tyke!
